Overview & Goals:

We are excited to offer an alternative to often inconvenient and over-priced moving/storage products such as PODS and U-HAUL.   Our goal is to provide a local, easy, secure, and affordable hauling option which involves Simple Self Storage transporting a trailer to your location.  You fill the trailer and we will transport the contents to our secure facilities where you can either continue leasing/accessing the trailer on site or unload the contents into a secure storage unit at Simple Self Storage.   This offering is for local moving/storage only.

Options/Services:

YOU FILL WE STORE involves the customer loading their items, securing them for transport, and You Fill We Store hauls the trailer to Simple Self Storage, with the following options:

1. Long term storage solution (generally 4 months or more):

• Trailer is delivered to customer location
• Customer loads/secures trailer
• We transport trailer to customer’s storage unit Simple Self Storage
• Customer unloads trailer into storage unit

2. Short term storage solution (generally 2-3 months):

• Trailer is delivered to customer location
• Customer loads/secures trailer
• We transport to trailer to Simple Self Storage location
• Customer has 24/7 access to trailer
• Customer notifies us of move to new location off-site
• We transport trailer to new apartment, new home, etc.
• Customer unloads trailer
• We pick-up trailer from new location

3. Short/Long term On-Site storage solution:

• This option is for customers who need storage at their location for remodeling their home/garage for example
• Trailer is delivered to customer location
• Customer loads/secures trailer and access it when needed
• Customer notifies us when trailer has been emptied
• We pick-up trailer from new location
